I really wish one of my parents or both of my parents worked from home, when I think about it now, I believe it would have been a lot finer! Regrettably for me that was almost hopeless considering my father proved to be a big shot Chiropractor and my mother was his assistant. I ended up spending most of my time once i was little either in daycare, with my grandmother, or in the back office of my dads business coloring. Personally I"d have rather spent every day with my mother and dad in that back office. I only wish I could have spent more time with my parents, although I loved being with my grandma, and they were wonderful!
Referrals - As they say, if it isn"t recorded, it did not happen. Certainly you might have referred your patient to get massage therapy, but where"s it in the SOAP note? You better be able to track a referral somewhere if you"re trying to get that massage visit paid. Insurance company denying the importance of your care? Where"s your documentation affecting your patient"s visit to the Orthopedic Surgeon whose recommendation was to continue with chiropractic attention? You should be recording all referrals to and from your clinic. An auditor who looks through your notes and finds none will not conclude that you don"t ever refer. He thinks that he"s found a chiropractor who looks to see what other errors he can find and fails to record extensively.
Stretches. There are quite a few stretching exercises which are geared specifically towards the lower back. Among the largest back issues is the lack of flexibility, and stretching exercises work on attempting to create the back more limber, and so more prepared to handle any pressure that comes its way.
We have found that it is as what game we choose to play but it"s our time that counts. I guess we could play Twister together but after a few trips to the chiropractor after a game we"d likely put that game away. Picking a game had to be something comfy for all members of the family. The game couldn"t be so complicated that younger members would get upset or frustrated. The game needed to be advanced enough for grownups also. We found our collection of games to choose from and I hope your family finds a nice assortment also.

The parents whose children had perished as a result of the chiropractic adjustments had started assembly as a support group. Whenever Tabitha and N"Kole additionally attended. It was miserable and soothing at the same time. They met at a restaurant weekly or an alternate house to manage the departures and to tell stories about their beloved kids.
I like to describe it this way: the back is similar to a circuit breaker box in the body. To put it simply, the switch is fixed by chiropractors. (A subluxation is a slight dislocation or bio mechanical malfunctioning of the vertebrae.) This then allows the spine as well as the nerves to work properly.
I"ve done all these things. I now sleep better at night with out my neck and shoulder pain keeping me awake. Occasionally I try and switch off to a huge bag but I am immediately reminded with the headaches that follow and the stiffness in my neck.
