Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides, slowly lean backward from your waist as though you"re trying to see the ceiling behind you. Hold for a count of 10. A couple of seconds, rest and then do four more repeats. Gradually increase repetitions until you are able to do 10 or 12.

My advice: have some kind of insurance, company sponsored or individual. The largest risk of all is to have nothing. That is a bet I would not want to take.
